Zenobia Traducciones is a cooperative association providing translation and interpreting services.
We started back in 2007 with a core group of six people who worked as translators and interpreters while also conducting research and doing social mediation work. Since then, we have built a broad and stable network of collaborators based on commitment, trust and reciprocity.
We specialize in social and economic sciences, philosophy and critical thought, art history and theory, urban planning, human rights, social rights, digital rights, international law, ecology and environmental justice, feminisms, migration, coloniality and antiracism.

Simultaneous interpreting
Our style of work involves researching the sociolinguistic context of each translation in order to seek the most precise possible equivalents in the destination language. This ensures that the final interpretation is both accurate and fluent. This is the case for conferences and congresses, court hearings, telephone conferences, television and radio broadcasting, video-conferences, etc.
Consecutive interpretating
Consecutive interpreting is convenient for gatherings of small numbers of people. It works well in negotiations, press conferences, etc. It can also be used in congresses and conferences when there are not resources available for a full simultaneous interpreting set-up.
Liaison interpreting
This modality is ideal when receiving international visitors. It is very suitable for interviews and can be usefully combined with simultaneous or consecutive translation at conferences or events where there are only one or two foreign guests.
