Zenobia Traducciones is a cooperative association providing translation and interpretation services.

We started back in 2007 with a core group of six people who worked as translators and interpreters while also conducting research and doing social mediation work. Since then, we have built a broad and stable network of collaborators based on commitment, trust and reciprocity.

We specialize in social and economic sciences, philosophy and critical thought, art history and theory, urban planning, human rights, social rights, digital rights, international law, ecology and environmental justice, feminisms, migration, coloniality and antiracism.

We work without intermediaries,promoting direct, personal and transparent contact between the client and the team of translators or interpreters. This allows us to adapt our services to the specific needs of our clients, refining technical solutions, researching the relevant semantic fields and ensuring client satisfaction through direct conversation.
Our style of work involves researching the sociolinguistic context of each translation in order to seek the most precise possible equivalents in the destination language. This ensures that the final interpretation is both accurate and fluent.

Simultaneous interpreting

Simultaneous interpreting is useful for events involving one or more speakers with different languages in which speech must be followed without interruption. This is ideal for conferences, congresses, tribunals, telephone conferences, television and radio broadcasting, videoconferences, etc…

Consecutive interpreting

Consecutive interpreting is convenient in meetings with a small number of participants. It is appropriate for negotiations, press conferences, etc. It can also be used in conferences and congresses when simultaneous translation equipment cannot be hired.

Liaison interpreting

This modality is ideal when recieving international visitors. This modality is very suitable for interviews and can be usefully combined with simultaneous or consecutive translation at conferences or events where there are only one or two foreign guests. New edited content.
